What to write to us about
Email is the only way to reach the team; this page has no form and the site has no chat. The address suits four kinds of message:
- A correction: a figure, a screen or a step on a page that no longer matches 1win.ng. A dated screenshot helps, and every report is checked against the site before a page is changed.
- A question about a score: how an area mark was set, or which fact lowered it.
- Your data: a copy of what we hold about you after you have written to us, or the deletion of that correspondence.
- The publisher: company details are available on request at the same address.
Write in English and put the page address in the first line, so the message reaches the editor of that page without a second round of questions.

What we cannot help with
