How to Withdraw from 1win in Nigeria, Explained in Order

How to withdraw from 1win starts with one fact: pressing Withdraw on 1win.ng opens an identity verification screen, and the payout form, its methods and its limits appear only after that check. This entry sets out the documents, the order of steps, the rules the Terms state, including the payout times in rules 6.11.4–6.11.5, and what support told us about cancelling a request. We made no withdrawal ourselves; the last check of the screens was on 14.10.2026.

How we test and score

The short answer

  • Identity verification comes before the withdrawal form becomes visible.
  • Terms allow ID, NIN, address proof and payment statements to be requested.
  • Requested documents are due within 7 calendar days.
  • Rules: up to ₦65,000 in 1–60 minutes, above that up to 5 days.

When we pressed Withdraw on 08.10.2026, 1win.ng showed the heading “Identity verification” instead of an amount field. The screen looked the same on 14.10, and its first step was a liveness selfie, step 1 of 2. That ordering shapes everything below: no minimum or maximum could be read, because the form sits behind the check. Payout times are a different matter, since the rules now state them.

Documents for the identity check

The 1win withdrawal rules on documents come from two sources of different strength. Section 4 of the Terms lets 1win ask at any time for an ID or passport, a NIN, proof of address and a statement for the payment method used. The player then has 7 calendar days to provide them; otherwise the balance can be held and the account closed (4.4–4.5). How long the review itself takes is not written there. Proof of address, clause 4.4.3, is a utility bill or bank statement not older than three months. The list of identity documents and the review period came from a live-chat answer on 07.10, so they are what support told us, not a published policy.

What the 24–72 hour figure means

Support described 24–72 hours as the time taken to review documents. It is not a payout time and not a promise that money arrives within that window; the transfer itself starts only after the review, and its length is set by the rules covered below. A bill or statement dated more than three months back fails the address rule, so a recent one saves a second upload.

How to withdraw money from 1win, step by step

Hand passing a bank card across a desk

The route below combines what we saw with what the site and support state. Only step 1 and the start of step 2 were seen in our checks; the rest follows the site’s screens, its rules and support’s answers.

  1. Sign in and press Withdraw.
  2. Complete “Identity verification”: a liveness selfie first, then an identity document and, if asked, a recent bill or bank statement.
  3. After approval, open the withdrawal form and choose a listed method.
  4. Enter the amount within the limits that form shows.
  5. Track the request in your profile under “Details”.

How to withdraw from 1win in Nigeria to a wallet or card

The six listed methods are Opay, Paystack, PalmPay, Paga, Visa (Nigerian cards) and Flutterwave. A player who paid in through Opay or PalmPay has a payout route with the same provider; a player who used a Paystack USSD code has Paystack on the list, though whether the payout lands as a bank credit was not shown. Our table of naira cashier routes lines up each deposit entry with its withdrawal partner.

Limits and the 1win minimum withdrawal

The 1win minimum withdrawal is not public. Neither the minimum nor the maximum appeared before verification, and we will not borrow the deposit figures for it. Independent reviews mention a ₦139,000,000 maximum payout per bet slip and extra checks on large sums; those are reviewers’ reports, not something the site displayed to us. Rule 6.11.3 adds that a fee may apply when withdrawing money that was deposited but not wagered.

Bonus money and the x1 cap

Worked example

The first-deposit bonus card states a maximum withdrawal from the bonus of x1, read here as one times the bonus amount. Here is a worked example. If a player receives a ₦18,000 bonus and finishes wagering it with a bonus balance of ₦31,000, the cap allows ₦18,000 × 1 = ₦18,000 to be withdrawn from that bonus. The rest of the card is described in the bonus terms entry.

1win withdrawal time

The 1win withdrawal time is now written in the rules, clauses 6.11.4–6.11.5: a request up to ₦65,000 takes 1–60 minutes, a larger one up to 5 days, and the bank may add up to 3 business days. So a ₦48,000 payout falls in the fast band, while ₦90,000 may take up to five days plus the bank’s time. These are the site’s stated figures; we could not test either band. A fair reading is two separate waits: the document review support described, then the transfer period the rules give.

Cancelling a pending request

Support told us on 07.10 how to cancel: open the profile, go to “Details”, and press the “X” next to the amount while its status is “pending”. The rules do not describe this, and clause 6.6 says the client may not cancel transactions, so treat the button as support’s word only. Support did not say where a cancelled amount goes; if it returns to the balance, it can be staked again, so a player trying to cut back gains nothing by cancelling.

Handling a 1win withdrawal problem

Three things are worth checking before writing to support about a delayed or refused request: whether verification is finished, whether the address document is under three months old, and whether the payout method is one the site lists.

What to send support

Use the Withdrawal topic in the live chat and give the request amount, the time, the method and the status shown under “Details”. Never send your password or an SMS code. The results of our own chat test, including the wait for a live agent, are in our record of the 1win live-chat test.

Verdict on 1win withdrawals

7.1/10

Our score · 1win.ng checked 8, 13 & 14 Oct 2026 · how we score

How to withdraw from 1win is clear in its order: verify first, then choose one of six methods, with payout times now written in the rules. The weak point is the limits, which stay behind verification, and a review period known only from a chat answer.

It suits players who are ready to upload a document and a recent bill before their first payout.

Who should skip it: anyone who needs payout limits confirmed in writing before depositing.

FAQ

Can I withdraw from 1win without verification?

Not in our check. Pressing Withdraw opened the identity verification screen, and the payout form was not shown until that step was done.

Can I withdraw to a different method from the one I used to deposit?

The site does not state a rule on this. Choosing a provider that appears on both lists, such as Opay or PalmPay, avoids the question.

Is the 24–72 hour period the time it takes to get paid?

No. Support gave it as the document review time. The transfer comes afterwards: 1–60 minutes up to ₦65,000 and up to 5 days above that, by the rules.

Which documents prove my address?

The Terms accept a utility bill or a bank statement. It must be no more than three months old.

Where do I see the status of my request?

In the profile, under "Details". Support said a cancel button appears there while the request is pending; the rules do not mention it.

Does 1win charge a fee on withdrawals?

No fee was displayed, because the form itself stayed locked. Rule 6.11.3 allows a fee when the money withdrawn was not wagered.
