1win login: how signing in works on the Nigerian site

The 1win login form on 1win.ng has two tabs, Phone and Email, and a "Forgot your password?" link for resetting access. This page covers each route, signing in from the app or a home-screen icon, and what to do when the account will not open. It never asks for your password or codes, and neither should anyone writing to you about your account.

The short answer

  • Phone tab: the +234 number and password used at sign-up.
  • Email tab: the alternative route the site describes.
  • “Forgot your password?” sits inside the same login form.
  • The iPhone web app uses the same form as the mobile site.

For a 1win login in Nigeria the starting point is the account you created with a phone number and a password. The site describes the login form as having two tabs: Phone, which takes that number and password, and Email. Our check of 08.10.2026 confirmed the “Forgot your password?” link inside the form, and our check on 14.10.2026 saw both tabs, Phone and Email, each with a password field, and no social login buttons.

Signing in with the Phone tab

Football stadium seen from the tunnel

The Phone tab is the direct route, because the sign-up form asks for a +234 number and a password, plus an optional promo code. The number must be the one used at registration, entered with the Nigerian code, and the password is the one you chose then.

  1. Open 1win.ng and tap the login button.
  2. Stay on the Phone tab and type the number in the format the field expects.
  3. Type the password and confirm.

An easy slip is typing the number with a leading zero after the +234 code, as in +234 080…, which makes the number one digit too long. If the field already shows the code, start with the digit after the zero. The site’s own form decides the exact format, so follow what it shows.

The Email tab and who it is for

The Email tab is the second route the site describes. Because the sign-up form we saw asked for a phone number, not an email address, the Email tab is useful only if an email address has been added to the account. Where in the profile that is done was not part of our check, so this page does not describe it. If you never added an email, use the Phone tab.

1win bet login on a mobile phone

On a phone, signing in uses the same form in the browser. On Android the mobile site loaded in a dark theme with a bottom bar of Menu, Home, Casino, Free money and Sports.

The site mentions no separate app account. On an iPhone the web app is the site itself opened in its own window, so the login form inside it is the one described above. Inside the Android app the screens were not tested. For the install steps of both versions, see the Android app item and the Safari home-screen steps.

Staying signed in on a shared phone

A phone passed around the family or a work handset can keep you signed in for the next person. Log out after each session, and do not let the browser store the password on a phone you share. Because the betslip accepts selections without a login, a signed-out phone still lets someone browse prices, but not stake money from your balance.

When the 1win sign in fails

Four situations explain most of the sign-in problems a reader can check alone.

Forgotten password

Tap “Forgot your password?” in the login form and follow the screens that appear. The site states that recovery works by phone or by e-mail, with a code sent to the channel you choose; our checks confirmed the link but did not run the reset. Whatever the route, the code is for you alone: support staff never need it, and a message asking you to read it out is a warning sign.

Wrong tab or wrong number

An account opened with a phone number will not open through the Email tab unless an email was added. A changed SIM with a new number also breaks the Phone route, since the account knows only the number registered.

A self-excluded account

Self-exclusion is set through the account settings or by writing to [email protected], and the Responsible Gaming page says the account cannot be reopened earlier than six months. A login that fails after self-exclusion is the tool doing its job.

Still locked out

Live chat is the main route for an individual case, since the site has no help centre and its only FAQ covers bonuses; Telegram and WhatsApp are also listed but were not tested. The chat bot offers a “Personal account | Verification” category. Our test of 08.10 found that no live agent joined within 10 minutes, so allow time; the guide to what happened when we wrote to live chat has the full test.

Keeping the login safe

The safest 1win login is one typed on 1win.ng itself, not reached through a link in a message. A page that looks like the login form but sits on a different address is not covered by anything the operator shows in its footer. Players are not asked to share their password with support, and the form only ever needs the number and the password you set.

The partner programme for webmasters, 1w-aff.run, has its own sign-in for affiliates. It is a separate programme with its own terms, not a player login.

If you have no account yet, opening an account with a +234 number covers the sign-up form field by field.

Pros

  • Two sign-in routes, by phone number or by email.
  • The reset link sits in the login form itself.
  • The iPhone web app opens the same login form as the mobile site.

Cons

  • No help centre for login problems; chat is the main route.
  • No live agent joined chat within 10 minutes in our test.
  • Two-step verification was not shown.

Verdict on the 1win login

7.4/10

Our score · 1win.ng checked 8, 13 & 14 Oct 2026 · how we score

The 1win login is straightforward for anyone who signed up with a phone number: one tab, two fields and a reset link in the same place. Two things hold the score down: the password reset, stated to work by phone or e-mail, was not tested in our checks, and when something goes wrong, live chat is the main help, and in our test it did not reach a person within 10 minutes. The figure is the Account & login area score used in the six-area scoring method.

It suits players who registered with a +234 number and keep it, and who sign in on their own phone.

Who should skip it: anyone who has lost the registered SIM and needs fast human help to recover the account.

FAQ

Can I sign in with my email instead of my phone number?

Yes, if an email address is on the account. The site describes an Email tab next to the Phone tab; an account opened with a phone number alone should use the Phone tab.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Use the "Forgot your password?" link in the login form and choose phone or e-mail; the site states a code goes to that channel. We did not run the reset.

Is the app login different from the website login?

The iPhone web app is the site itself, so the form is the same. The Android app was not installed, so its login screen was not seen, but the site mentions no separate app account.

Why does my number not work in the Phone tab?

Check that it is the number used at sign-up and that it has no extra zero after the +234 code.

Should I stay signed in on a shared phone?

No. Log out after each session and do not let the browser save the password on a phone other people use.

Can I log in to the affiliate programme with my player account?

No. 1w-aff.run is a separate programme for webmasters, not the player login form.
